This research study aimed to explore the resident perspectives on environment and waste management initiatives in Barangay Pili, Mogpog, and their implications for the development of an effective strategic management framework. A survey-based approach was employed to gather data from 121 residents of the barangay. The survey included questions related to satisfaction levels regarding various aspects of the government’s Environment and Waste Management Program. The results indicated that residents expressed a generally high level of satisfaction with pollution control programs and the practice of waste segregation and other programs.
