Acrylamide (ACR) is a common chemical which is used in both industrial and laboratory processes. It is formed in heated starchy foods especially potato products. The present experiment was conducted to investigate the testicular toxicity of acrylamide in adult male rats. Twenty mature male wistar rats were used in this study. Rats were classified randomly into two groups; the first group G1 was received daily saline solution and kept as control. The second group G2 acrylamide was administration daily to animals at dose of 25 mg/kg for 6 consecutive weeks.
