Aim: The aim of this study was to comparatively evaluate the effect of various antioxidants on the bond strength of bleached enamel and etched enamel surfaces. Materials and Methods: Labial enamel surfaces of 30 extracted single rooted teeth were randomly divided into six groups as follows: Group 1- No bleaching, Group 2- bleaching with 38% hydrogen peroxide, Group 3: bleaching and 10% sodium ascorbate; Group 4: bleaching and 25% Bamboo salt; Group 5: bleaching and 5% proanthocyanidin. Groups 6- etched enamel surfaces treated with 25% bamboo salt. Universal testing machine was used to determine the shear strength values. The data were tabulated and statistically analyzed.
