In recent research in the field of materials science, there have been attempts to identify the acoustic analogy of surface electromagnetic waves, particularly surface plasmon polaritons. We propose a chapter with detailed insight into acoustic surface wave propagating at the boundary between a fluid and a hard-grooved surface.
