This R file is used for reference database creation. First incomplete and non-human sequences were discarded from the downloaded variant surveillance package from GISAID (https://www.gisaid.org). Then, we determine the frequency of each mutation reported for each variant. And finally, in the database, we retain the top 50 mutations reported in association with each variant
