This analysis aimed to ascertain the impact of entrepreneurial leadership and human resource management on food industry success. The design used in this analysis was conclusive, and the test was causal. The population was the owner of the food industry. The procedure used to select the sample was essential random sampling with 50 participants. The data processing methodology used with the aid of the SPSS platform version 20 is multiple linear regression. The findings suggest that entrepreneurial leadership and human capital management concurrently affect the success of the food industry. In part, both entrepreneurial and human resource management have a significant favourable influence on the food industry's success
