Non-Surgical Management of Periapical Lesion with Antibiotic Paste and Water Based Calcium Hydroxide Paste: A Case Report

Abstract For many years, calcium hydroxide has been utilised extensively as an intracanal medication in endodontic. It is utilised in a variety of clinical settings, including controlling root resorption, promoting apexification, repairing perforation, improving healing of periapical lesions, and reducing exudation in teeth with persistent periapical inflammation.
