New Elements in the School Curriculum for Geography

The new Geography school curriculum, focused on the development of competences and values, is the result of collaboration and cooperation between geography teachers interested in the progress of their discipline. It had become obvious that the traditional copy/paste approach, information overload, and succession of internal components in Geography as a school discipline cannot remain in their current form, since a referential system suggested by key competences, educational aims, training competences, attitudes, and values is now in place.
