The purpose of this study was to examine the role of organizational commitment in mediating the effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior and the performance of members of the National Police at the Kendari Police. Data collection is done by using questionnaires and documentation. The population of this research is all members of the Kendari Police as many as 800 members, then sampling and producing as many as 89 members. The analytical tool used is SmartPLS 3.
