A COMPARATIVE STUDY OF LEVEL OF SPIRITUAL INTELLIGENCE AMONG HIGHER SECONDARY SCHOOL STUDENTS AND JUNIOR COLLEGE STUDENTS OF MUMBAI

Spiritual intelligence is the mental ability of an individual that yields an individual mindful of self and paranormal facet of one’s existence, enriches the meaning of self and helps to be proficient in the spiritual state. It surpasses all types of intelligence. The intention of this research is to ascertain spiritual intelligence among secondary school students and junior college students in Mumbai city . A total of 96 students, 35 males and 61 female students were selected. Descriptive analysis of the data was done to obtain Mean and Standard Deviation. Independent sample t-test was used to find out the significant difference between the performance of boys and girls on different spiritual aspects. The findings of the study disclosed that there is no significant difference between male and female students of Higher Secondary School Students and Junior College Students of Mumbai
