Summary This deliverable presents the Communication and Dissemination Strategy (CDS) for the OPTAIN project. The CDS is focusing on the whole spectrum of communication and dissemination aspects, starting with communication objectives of OPTAIN, going through target audiences, and tools and methods, all the way to internal communication and monitoring. This document will familiarize the partners with all information, needed for efficient set up of the communication and dissemination strategy and then instruct them on how to implement and track it
