The data archive InTheMED_WP2_DS_GeophysicalData_Portugal is part of the Tasks of WP2 and contains two folders: The folder "InTheMED_WP2_GM_InverseModelsPortugal" comprises the geostatistical ERT inversion method to predict resistivity models and includes the code of the inversion method developed in Matlab® with a series of functions stored as scripts. This set of scripts holds the Matlab® code to run the geostatistical ERT inversion. The folder "InTheMED_WP2_GM_GenerativeModelsPortugal" contains the generative models with the Variational Autoencoder-based inversion method to predict resistivity models.
