ІННОВАТИВНІ СУБСТАНТИВИ З АБСТРАКТНИМ ЗНАЧЕННЯМ ЯК ВИЯВ ІНТЕЛЕКТУАЛІЗАЦІЇ ТА ДЕМОКРАТИЗАЦІЇ МОВИ

Modern state of the world`s categorizatization by means of the Ukrainian language happens on the crossroads of two tendencies of its development – intellectualization and democratization; accordingly it is topical to study nouns with abstract meaning that enrich the vocabulary very quickly as far as their form and inner content are discordant with the common understanding of bookish words, the development of which is connected with the phenomenon of language intellectualization. The aim of the article is the exposure of the specificity of word-building meanings of these derivatives and the establishment of sense connections between the phenomenon of democratization and intellectualization of a language on the level of these units. The material of the analysis is taken from dictionaries of new words and from the author’s data file. The article pays close attention to the semantics of motivating words (verbs and adjectives, which are often taken from substandard lexis and social dialects), and also to the features of derivational processes of such substantives; in particular it was found that in many cases the derivational chain breaks and derivation is made missing one step, which reflects general tendencies of the appearance of innovatives in the language.
