PDB-Dev is a prototype system for archiving structures of biological macromolecules determined using integrative modeling methods. Integrative modeling combines spatial restraints derived from a variety of biophysical techniques to determine the three dimensional structures of complex macromolecular assemblies. In addition, structures determined using integrative modeling can comprise of diverse spatio-temporal scales and conformational states, which pose unique challenges for data archiving. This talk will focus on recent developments including the creation of data standards and building the foundational infrastructure required for archiving integrative structures
