It has been noted in various news & studies that a majority of the employees face severe stress related ailments and many psychological problems in the organizations. Hence, the management must take necessary initiatives in helping their employees to overcome the disastrous effects of work stress, because employees spend roughly one third of their lives working in an organization. Employees, who are stressed, are also more likely to be unhealthy, poorly motivated, less productive and less safe at work.
