This data set contains general soil characteristics from wheat fields sampled (0-30 cm) in conventional and organic farms from 9 European pedoclimatic regions (Mediterranean South, Mediterranean North, Lusitanean, Atlantic Central, Atlantic North, Continental, Pannonian, Nemoral and Boreal). This data set is part of the work performed in WP3 SoildiverAgro project, funded by the European Commission Horizon 2020 programme [grant agreement 817819]
