The ability of school administrators to effectively provide instructional leadership and face the challenges that come with working in urban contexts is essential. On the other hand, because of the time restrictions that come with juggling many responsibilities, people who live in rural areas often devote a shorter amount of time to these activities than their counterparts who live in urban areas.
