This is a review of corporate culture for organisational performance. Relevant literature pertaining to corporate culture and organisational performance were synthesised, providing a framework for a broader understanding of the current state of the corporate culture. The literature review comprised various published journals on the subject matter, with emphasis on the conceptualisation and types of the corporate culture.
