Simple Summary: Immune checkpoint inhibitors can be effective drugs to treat cancer. However, only a minority of patients derive benefits. An important determinant of treatment success is the abundance of CD8-expressing tumour-infiltrating lymphocytes (CD8+ TILs) in target tumours. The measurement of CD8+ TIL density in the clinical setting relies on tissue sampling. Radiomics, the process of extracting a large number of features from radiological images, may offer a non-invasive alternative.
