Abstract: The inability of organizations to imbibe the culture of involving employees in decision making process is affecting employees job performance. The study examined the effect of employee involvement on job performance in Euro Global Distilleries Otta, Ogun State. The study adopted the descriptive survey research design, the population of the study is one hundred and fifty (150), Krejcie and Morgan sample size determination formular was used to determine a sample size of one hundred and eight (108) respondents.
