Abstract

Abstract: Evans syndrome is a rare autoimmune disorder characterized by the occurrence of autoimmune hemolytic anemia and immune thrombocytopenic purpura with or without immune neutropenia. The syndrome may be idiopathic, but in typical clinical settings, secondary causes, predominantly autoimmune diseases, may be the underlying etiology.
