Public administration, both as an academic discipline and as a field of practice, has not only side-lined but equally rejectedattempts at infusing African administrative practices, deemed as primitive and non-scientific. As a result, Africantraditions, cultures and practices have been unable to provide solutions toAfrican quandaries.
