Introduction: Hydatid disease is a parasitic infestation caused by Echi-nococcus granulosus. The most common sites involved in hydatid disease are liv-er, lungs and muscles. Although spleen is a relatively uncommon site for hydatid disease it must be considered in the differential diagnosis of any cystic lesion in the spleen. This case report is of a 60 years old asymptomatic woman who under-went X-Ray KUB for renal colic and incidental finding of calcified splenic lesion was found on Xray KUB. Patient was further investigated and eventually was di-agnosed to be having hydatid disease on the basis of ultrasound
