As one of the diseases bearing the highest mortality rates, colorectal cancer (CRC) highlights the importance of comprehending its molecular mechanisms to develop effective therapies. In this paper, we conducted RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) analysis on a combined total of 476 samples consisting of normal colon tissues and colorectal cancer tissues. These samples were obtained from Samsung Medical Center in South Korea which included fresh-frozen CRC tissues as well as adjacent normal tissues.
