This repository contains the files necessary for reproducing the Bayesian phylogenetic analysis of archaeological data described in the book chapter "Contributions of Bayesian Phylogenetics to Exploring Patterns of Macroevolution in Archaeological Data". This chapter can be found in the Handbook of Evolutionary Research in Archaeology edited by Anna Prentiss and published by Springer. This is the first release of these files and includes the raw data files as csv and txt files, BEAST2 control files as XML files, and R scripts for plotting and graphing results
