BiologyTools/BioGTK: Release 3.3.0. Cross Platform Pyramidal Support

BioGTK 3.3.0. now supports TIFF(".tif") whole slide images on all platforms with LibVips. Install libvips and latest version of BioGTK from Releases. To open .OME.TIF files with LibVips the filename has to end with ".tif" to open using Bioformats filename needs to end with "ome.tif". LibVips also brings a large performance boost for getting tiles, which makes ImageView much smoother for pyramidal images
