In this study, the reflections of caring leadership on the school organization were examined in the context of teacher, student, and school leader relations. Empirical research both on the private and public sectors shows that caring leadership can support organizational learning. However, despite the growing interest in the importance of caring in education, research on caring leadership in schools focuses on narrow dyadic relationships between people. That said, caring is a very powerful concept in addressing the most urgent needs of teachers and families, and collective learning is a feature that has the power to positively affect belonging, commitment, personal well-being, and academic achievement.
