The video shows the procedure of using Trans-Oral Robotic Surgery (TORS) via da-Vinci robot Si-system to resect a T1 glottic cancer located at the right side vocal fold with anterior commissure involvement. Under general anesthesia with oro-endotracheal intubation, glottis was exposed by Laryngeal Advanced Retractor System (LARS). With a panoramic view, the tumor could be en-bloc resected by using endo-wristed instruments (Maryland dissector at the left hand side and Mono-polar cautery at the right hand side). The spatula tip of mono-polar cautery could be used to peel the Broyle's ligament from the inner lamina of thyroid cartilage and the bleeding during dissection could be easily stopped by using electrocauterization
