The X-ray regime is arguably where NLS1s exhibit their most extreme characteristics. In the past decade, X-ray observations of NLS1s have revealed reverberation lags, enhanced Fe La and Fe Ka relativistic emission, dynamic coronae, and ultrafast outflows. I will review recent work on famous sources like IRAS 13224-3809, 1H 0707-495, and Mrk 335, highlighting their most interesting properties.
