Abstract Introduction: Today, drugs are being tried with various methods for the early healing of burn wounds. However, no drug still shows the desired effect in burn healing. Objective: This experimental study investigated the effects of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and epidermal growth factor(EGF) on burn wounds. Method: In this study, 48 Spraque-Dawley male rats aged 12 to 16 weeks weighing 350 – 450 g were used under general anesthesia. The rats in Group 1 were in the control group, and no application was made.
