Apocharips Fergusson, 1986 Of the 5 Apocharips species considered valid in Ferrer-Suay et al. (2012a), only 3 are still considered to be valid (Tables 3 and 4): A. angelicae Pujade-Villar & Evenhuis, 2002, A. hansoni Menke, 1993, and A. trapezoidea (Hartig, 1841); the other two were synonymized: A. eleaphila (Silvestri, 1915) and A. peraperta (Silvestri, 1915) with A. trapezoidea (Ferrer-Suay et al. 2013a). Additionally, specimens of Apocharips from Colombia were studied, which resulted in three new species descriptions: Apocharips colombiana Ferrer-Suay & Pujade-Villar, 2013, Apocharips tamanii Paretas-Martínez & Pujade-Villar, 2013, and Apocharips tropicale Ferrer-Suay & Paretas-Martínez, 2013 (Ferrer-Suay et al. 2013a).Published as pa...
