To talk about the need to comply with the "legal law" of the "law of nature", it is necessary to know the content of natural laws as components of natural law. Since appeals to natural human rights have such a strong tradition that the interpretation of fundamental human rights does not provoke much debate (international debate mainly revolves around the scope and hierarchy of human rights), recourse to the normative part of natural law as a conglomeration of natural laws requires first of all) objectification of the content of these laws (we treat natural law as a complex system, whose subsystems are a set of natural laws (normative part) and a conglomerate of human rights). Confessing an integral understanding of the law, not seeing grounds for a categorical rivalry between positivism and natural law doctrines, I believe that natural law principles set the state and legal law values. However, I doubt that we should rely on the thesis that a positive law "corresponds" to natural law - I doubt primarily given that the content of natural laws as components of natural law (or its normative subsystem) - is still not properly decoded. I am convinced that natural law has existed, exists and will exist. However, it is worth remembering the manipulative aspect when appealing to natural law. Namely, using natural legal rhetoric, the "name" of natural law tried to speculate or use it as a manipulative weapon from time to time about its situational and necessary interpretation). Given the practical application of natural law, despite the appeal to the principles of the latter, the emphasis should not be on legal law as such, which seems to comply with the law of nature, but on natural human rights, considering them (as a subsystem of natural law) as a kind of criterion of state and legal law
