Alzheimer's disease and the amyloid hypothesis: A critical review

This paper on the amyloid hypothesis I wrote in September/October 2022, with a minor part added after the lecanemab trial data (Van dyck et al.) that came out in November 2022 (see also this other paper on lecanemab: https://zenodo.org/record/7500723).
