The study examined the cost of e-learning in the management of universities in Rivers State. Four research questions and four hypotheses guided the study. The study adopted the descriptive survey design.The population of the study was 1,003 lecturers from the two-state universities in Rivers State. The sample for this study was 240 lecturers representing 24% of the population. The proportion stratified random sampling technique was used to draw the sample size.The instrument for data collection was a15-item structured questionnaire titled “Cost of E-Learning in University Management Questionnaire (CEUMQ)”
