This repository is a supplement to the paper Fürst et al. (2020). Rosalia: an experimental research site to study hydrological processes in a forest catchment (submitted in August 2020 to Earth System Science Data (ESSD). Experimental watersheds have a long tradition as research sites in hydrology and have been used as far back as the late 19th and early 20th century. The University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences Vienna (BOKU) has been operating the experimental research forest site called “Rosalia” with an area of 950 ha since 1875 to support and facilitate research and education.
