Abstract: Purpose: This study examines the effects of working condition on employee productivity in manufacturing firms, including work hours, workload, and training, and whether there is an influence of working conditions on employee productivity in Mogadishu manufacturing companies. Design/methodology/approach: The researcher employed self-administered questionnaire. 172 respondents from the specified industrial enterprises in Mogadishu, Somalia were collected and analyzed using SPSS version 25. Furthermore, the study only looked at three working conditions; nevertheless, other factors may have an impact on employee performance.
