The overarching aim of this individual undergraduate research project is to formulate and implement an automated workflow for the design and analysis of shell structures. To achieve this, surfaces of varying complexity are parametrically generated in Dynamo. The surfaces are meshed onto quadrilaterals and then fed into an in-house finite element solver. The generated computational models are solved using MITC4+ shell elements. Results are then fed to Paraview for visualisation
