Abstract Employee engagement in Malaysia is among the lowest compared to a few countries in its region. Researchers mentioned that low employee engagement can turn lead to low productivity of employees resulting in organizational negativity. Generation Y - those who born between 1980 to 1994; is a generation is that gradually dominating the working industry.
