Abstract The issue of work related can be determined as a drawback factor for the employees where the effective measures and interest shall be taken into consideration by the company executives or managers to overcome such issues. As the increasing growth of new innovation, technology development as well as the idea to stand different from other competitive companies has come to rule the business world, therefore with the increasing development comes the greater responsibility.
