The main objective of this study is to examine whether organizational spirituality predicts emotional intelligence and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) among the employees of Islamic Azad University of Chabahar in the academic year 2014-2015. The present study is an applied research project and, in terms of research topics and objectives, is conducted with a descriptive/correlational design. The statistical population of the study is comprised of all the employees of Islamic Azad University of Chabahar.
