Employee performance is very essential in an effort to achieve the company’s goals. Work motivation and organizational commitment, psychologically, can be assumed to have a meaningful role for the achievement of expected employee performance. This study seeks to observe the contribution of work motivation and organizational commitment to employee performance. The subject of the research was employees of PT Angkasa Pura I (PERSERO) Jakarta. The population consist on 170 employees and the research sample is composed by 118 employees.
