NOI TENDINȚE DE ANGAJARE A FORȚEI DE MUNCĂ ÎN ECONOMIA DIGITALĂ

This scientific endeavour new employment trends in the digital economy is addressed. The new conditions under which national economies are developing, driven by their digitalisation, require government-level decision-makers to refine the legal framework for labour relations and to regulate new forms of employment. Thus, by developing of this paper, we aimed to present new forms of employment implemented recently on the labour market, with direct implications on employers and employees. In this paper, we address several forms of employment. Each of the new forms of employment presented has certain effects on the labour market, and by applying one form or another, employers try to ensure the necessary human resources, and the governments of the countries - to reduce unemployment and undeclared work
