Abstract: The purpose of this study was to analyze how the effect of compensation and workload on turnover intention with job satisfaction as intervening variable on turnover intention at PT. Intikom (Intikom Berlian Mustika). Comparative causal research design (quantitative research type) is used by the author in this study. Non-Probability Sampling technique was used for sampling as many as 150 people from a total population of 420 people, which is the total employees of PT. Intikom, while Partial Least Square (PLS) which is a covariance-based SEM is used as an analysis tool.
