This conceptual paper examines the Delphi technique a researcher can apply towards school counselling and how the technique is carried out by various steps to achieve the aim and objective of a study. The application of Delphi technique is developed as a forecasting tool that predicts the future scenarios and it has been widely used in many disciplines. As for this paper, it was applied by a Modified Delphi approach where five main factors was identified based on preselected and screened by the researcher based on synthesized review of literatures.
