The purpose of this study is to validate the reliability of the questionnaires items in order to make sure that items are ready to be utilized in the main survey of adopting an e-participation model for e-government in Iraq. Three main theories and models have been utilized in addition to three ICT related constructs for the formation of the new integrated e-participation model in Iraq, namely, the Diffusion of Innovation theory (DOI), the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Uses and Gratification theory (U&G) in addition to three other ICT related variables namely, ICT Infrastructure, Security and Privacy.
