Background & Objectives: Objective of this study is to evaluate accuracy and predictability of PANC-3 over BISAP scoring system to predict severity in an attack of acute pancreatitis. Methods: A total of 160 cases were enrolled in the study and was conducted in Department of General Surgery, ESICMC & PGIMSR, Bangalore. All patients with clinical diagnosis of acute pancreatitis will be included in the study. It was a prospective study with study period of 18 months. Results: A total number of 160 patients were included in the study.
