ORGANIZATIONAL-PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS OF TRAINING OF FUTURE SCIENTIFIC AND PEDAGOGICAL WORKERS TO THE ADULT EDUCATION IN THE NON-FORMAL EDUCATION SECTOR

The issue of training specialists who will work in an open non-formal educational environment has recently been given considerable attention in Ukraine. But special studies on these issues have not been conducted. The purpose of the article is to analyze the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the preparation of future research and teaching staff to train different categories of adults in non-formal education. Methods: Analysis, generalization of theoretical materials and practical experience, experimental methods. Results. The author studies the possibilities of training andragogues for the non-formal education of Ukraine in the framework of formal institutions of higher education. The result of the presented stage of the study is to clarify the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the implementation of such training. Originality. Among the leading conditions the author proposes: – rethinking and enrichment andragogical content, objectives, results of training of future scientific and pedagogical staff training of various categories of adult (didactic support); – targeted training of the organizers of the masters of educational process to continuous learning in non-formal adult education (administration); – providing variable application of innovative technologies in the process of training of future scientific and pedagogical workers for adult education in non-formal education (scientific and methodological support); -organization of extracurricular practice of training future scientific and pedagogical workers for adult education in non-formal educational environment (organizational support). Conclusion. The proposed organizational and pedagogical conditions are leading, but other categories and features of the specifics of the training of future scientific and pedagogical workers need to be taken into account, which is what further research investigations are devoted to
