Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of training, rewards, and job satisfaction either jointly or partially to the productivity of employees at PT Kusumahadi Santosa Karanganyar. The type of research used is quantitative. The population in the study were all employees of PT Kusumahadi Santosa which amounted to 700 people and the sample used amounted to 100 respondents. Data analysis technique used is instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis test.
