Within the framework of a project “Remote sensing of archaeological landscapes of the Land of Sławsko” non-invasive archaeological examinations were carried out. They made use of Terrestrial Laser Scanning (TLS), geophysical and electrical resistance survey methods, as well as of interpretations of aerial photos and analyses of historical maps of four Early Medieval strongholds. Application of diversified tools of prospection at the sites in Sławsko (Site 5), Wrześnica (Site 7), Stary Kraków (Site 6) and Ostrowiec (Site 6) yielded results with a considerable cognitive potential.
