ЗМІСТОВНО-СТРУКТУРНА ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКА ІНСТИТУЦІЙНО-ЕКОНОМІЧНОГО МЕХАНІЗМУ ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ КОНКУРЕНТОСПРОМОЖНОСТІ СІЛЬСЬКОГОСПОДАРСЬКИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ

The article deals with the theoretical aspects of establishing the essence and structure of the institutional and economic mechanism for ensuring an appropriate competitiveness level of agricultural firms. An important qualitative characteristic of the mechanism of ensuring competitiveness is its ability to form motivational mechanisms and incentives in the immediate employees of the enterprise, which largely determines the parameters of the effectiveness of this mechanism. In the direction of the chosen research worked domestic and foreign scientists. In general, the work of most researchers is followed by the separation of institutional mechanisms, and separately economic mechanisms. The purpose of the article is to work out the content-structural characteristics of the institutional and economic mechanism for ensuring the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises and to propose the structural construction of this mechanism. It describes formal and informal constraints for institutional and economic components. The author defines a synergistic interaction between the factors that shape the institutional and economic mechanism. Strategic approaches to establishing the mechanism are explained. The article also summarizes and corroborates the need for creating a superstructure over the interaction among institutional and economic blocks in the competitiveness mechanism of agricultural firms. The study of the institutional and economic mechanism for ensuring the competitiveness of an agricultural enterprise in the context of a managerial approach is fully justified, given the objective need for controllability of processes related to the formation of competitive advantages and the functioning of enterprises in the agrarian market. At the same time, the managerial influence of the institutional and economic mechanism of ensuring competitiveness should be directed not only to the subsystem of resource provision and the organization of production and economic activity of the agricultural enterprise, but also to the sphere of social and psychological relations of internal and external character that arise in the process of competitive struggle. The institutional and economic mechanism is intended to transform the existing competitive advantages of the agricultural enterprise into increasing the competitiveness of agrarian products, which will eventually form the preconditions for ensuring the dynamic competitiveness of the company in the market
